Realizing what God is doing today among men and men's groups around the nation and the world, we at West are actively involved in strengthening and building our men as well. The Holy Spirit is dealing with men to utilize their God-given gifts, talents and abilities to build a spiritually powerful and active church to His glory.

We believe the world is waiting for men who really know God and are filled with His Spirit to step out with courage and action.

We want to reach a generation of men for Christ and in order to do that, we need godly men to stand up and be counted for the Lord.

Four specific areas of our focus are:

    Spiritual - developing Christian maturity.

    Service - involving men in church and community.

    Social - fellowship and team building.

    Soul winning - men witnessing for Christ.


Releases men to help fulfill the Great Commission in seven ways:

  1. Equipping and training men for ministry.
  2. Mobilizing men by using each man's abilities through active service.
  3. Enabling men to experience spiritual renewal.
  4. Providing men a sense of belonging and commitment.
  5. Supporting the pastor as partners in ministry.
  6. Helping men discover and use their spiritual gifts.
  7. Organizing Life Force Teams for church and community projects.
